The Stanley BR45 Underwater Breaker is a rugged hydraulic breaker designed for light to medium-duty breaking of concrete, rock and coral in demanding underwater applications. It is also suitable for light rod driving and tamping. The BR45 features a T-handle design with a large trigger for precise control, while its diaphragm accumulator provides additional blow force and reduces recoil. Its feathering on/off valve allows the diver to control tool output from 0 to 1,800 blows per minute, making start-up and initial tool placement easier. The BR45 can also handle considerable back pressure, making it well suited to marine environments where long hydraulic hose lengths can increase back pressure.
